    Re: nice snake

The snake is nice, but the people in the background annoy me. I have had to feed a live rodent to my corn snake Zim, before but I sat quietly, ready with a small metal rod for the mouse to bit on in case it tried to bite my snake (the rod gave it something else to bite). When my friends/family watch a snake feeding, I always tell them to be quiet and sure enough, they hush up, pull up a chair or cushion and simply watch in silence. I don't like to stress my snake out by making a lot of noise. That giggly girl just really annoyed me.
    Under Construction.....

    Re: nice snake

OH I hate ppl like that...
I invited a friend to come over and see my corn snake eat when I first got him, and right after he ate my friend decided to bang on the tank and I asked him to stop but he did it a few more time and sure enough Mitch the corn snake attacked the glass and wacked his head up against it.

So he will never see any of my snakes eat ever again, and not only that I dont think I've ever had anyone else come to see them eat.

Except my parents (mostly my mom...surprised??) comes in a will watch my BP eat. She thinks it's nuts how his neck can get so big from being so small... and so am I really!

but I really do hate when people even make little sounds when they are eating... especially giggles... It not suppose to be funny, is it??
I even turn my lights off and TV and radio and do it in the darkness. The less stress the more likely they will eat.
Friendship is like peeing on yourself: everyone can see it, but only you get the warm feeling that it brings.

Why is it called 'after dark' when it really is 'after light'?
