Put it up for adoption in our For Sale/Trade/Adoption or Wanted forum.

MXrider42 has a good idea, but I'd check out what the rules are and how strict people patrol the dorms are. There aren't really any rules regarding pets at my college, security doesn't really patrol and there aren't any RAs to snitch out students.
Where do you live? If you want, I'm in Poughkeepsie NY, and I could hold it for a while until you see what the conditions are like at your school. I'm sure that asking people to board your pythons might be a great alternative to adopting them out.

Re: Going away to college...what do I do with my snake???
I keep my snake well hidden in my on-campus apartment. However, I have my own bedroom/bathroom...and the girl I share the apartment with (she has her own bedroom/bathroom as well) never has to know about/see Auryn unless I 100% trust her. Last year I had a suitemate who was okay with him, this year my suitemate isn't going to know about Auryn at all unless I think she's trustworthy--and even then it's iffy.
We're not supposed to have pets on my campus--and I'm sure your campus is the same. Unless you're 100% positive that your roommate isn't going to freak out/turn you in for having a snake on campus, I wouldn't risk bringing him with you. It will be MUCH harder to hide him under your bed and keep his existence a secret when you're sharing a bedroom with someone.
I would try placing him in the adoption/sale/trade forum and see if there's a BP.net member near you who could take him for you.
Good luck!

Re: Going away to college...what do I do with my snake???
basically, will you be living on campus or in your own apartment? check and see if the apartment allows reptiles. if so, id go the honest route. however, we had no such luck. the place tony lives at allows pets, but does not mention reptiles. so basically we have the snakes set up safely in the closet. the management does not 'check' the apartment unless you have some sort of flooding plumbing or other type problem that interfers with your day to day living. we have our guys set up so that unless you're the really really nosey type you wont know they're there.
if you really don't want to keep your snake at college, i wouldn't purchase anymore animals until you were in a place where you were not likely to move again for a long time, and i mean after school is done.

This might sound like an attempt to insult you but trust me, I feel for you. This is the precise reason I am not going to get a snake until after I have finished university and have a place of my own. Hope you manage to find a temporary home for him, I'd have recommended sorting this out much sooner though.
