When I grill steak I pay 15.00 a pound for stock yard grade, Black Angus sirloin, thick cut (like 1.5-2" thick). One steak is 25.00 so I drop like 50.00 - 75.00 just on steak MMMMMMMMMM Heaven!!!!!
