Used tanks

What do you guys think I should sell my used glass 10 gal tanks with screen top lids for? I dont like how they dont hold in heat to well and am moving to racks. But I have no clue what to sell them for

i just bought one for my rats for $4...

you're not gonna get much i would just keep it in case...

I have 4 of them, I really dont have room for them. did you get them with lids too for $4?

i got one with a cheap screen top...

your not gonna get much cause you can find them new for under $10, i would hold on to one and throw the other on craigslist for $5.

I have like 10 of them. They come in handy once in a while. These days I use them mostly as temporary quarters for rats/mice. I've even used them as a "nightstand" beside my bed. Just stand it on end to hold a clock or fan or whatever!

Ack wish you lived close to me in Toledo, OH I'm in bad need of a lot more used 10 gallon tanks but of course when I need some, I can't find any for sale locally!

I would keep them...it is suprising in this hobby how often a quick need for a small habitat comes up. Rat hosptital tanks, rescue snakes/lizards, QT tanks, emergency incubator.


Just as an example - I had to go dig out and clean a dusty 10gal from my garage the other day when one of my new babies decided she would only eat mice...so now I have a small tank set up with a few meals in it.

Well I cant keep rats or mice, I'm allergic, and like I said, I have no room for them, litterally. I cant even keep them in my apartment.

Luckily I found a buyer, thanks everyone
