Hi Caron and welcome to BPNet! There should be a sticky on the forum somewhere about how to post pictures here but basically you can either upload them to your picture gallery and post the link or host them free from a photobucket account. For resizing for forums I like FastStone Image Viewer 3.2 (crops and resizes so easily and it's free).
