Humidity is a bit high, and 81* for ambient is pretty good, how about the warm spot though?

Bring the thermometer down to substrate level and try to get an accurite with the probe to measure the hot side. That one is just giving you ambient, not the gradient temps.

I don't know the size of your python but mine would be spilling that light water bowl over daily. Look for something heavier or with a wider base. Otherwise your on your way.
