RIP Foxy
Well, my biggest female rat passed away unexpectedly. I'm assuming last night some time. She's my female that had her last litter of 19 a few months ago. I held back one of her daughters and two of her sons.
I got Foxy from a Petsmart as a full grown adult about a year ago, so there's no telling how old she was exactly, so she could have just died of old age, although she appeared healthy up until she passed, had not slowed down or become lethargic.
I'm going to miss the old girl!

Awwww...so sorry to hear that, Robin! Their lives seem so short, but at least you know her time with you was a rattie paradise for her!

Re: RIP Foxy
Awww so sorry to hear hon. I know it's hard to lose one of the "named" ones but she had a great life with you, far better than most rats ever known. Big hugs!
