What's the neosporin method?

The neosporin/polysporin treatment can be used on snakes with burns, scale rot, skin irritations, etc. Simply wash the affected area with a 50% water/50% hydrogen peroxide mix, and then rub polysporin or pain-killer free neosporin into the affected scales.
Of course, it's always best to see a vet if the burns/rot is really bad.

Never use peroxide, it will actually hinder healing instead of aiding it. I prefer to use either saline, chlorhexidine, or betadine. Peroxide also doesn't clean anything, and really shouldn't be used on anything except to get blood out of clothing, IMHO
