ya, I know that the 2006 pied's went for around 3,000 , but I'm not sure about 2007's. I wouldn't imagine that they would be much cheaper since they're a recessive gene. but you can buy a pair of het's for under 1k i believe ^_^

like was mentioned you can get a pair of hets for under 1k, and alot of breeders will do payment plans. You get what you want and wont break the bank. And the hets will look normal so you still will get your normals.
