New snakes, pics old and new! (DU warning)

Okay, so about a month back I picked up a normal female hatchling at the Jacksonville herp show, took pics but didn't have enough on the camera to justify a trip to walgreens (My camera doesn't hook up to comp) and figured I'd wait for the pastel male I bought to come before sending pics.

Well, he came! First of all...>.> I couldn't bring myself to shrink the images too much. Soooo...they're probably too big. I'll check and put the ones I KNOW are too big on a link rather than straight on here, but I'm not sure which ones are entirely. First up, my new girl Basilica the day I got her!

That's a size ref--Basilica was 70 grams and Matika was 1650 grams and 44'' long. (might have to link this one)

Nother size ref...I just like this pose better. :3

Here's from a couple weeks ago--I LOVE this picture!! So cute! (Sorry for the mess in the background and the ugly blue carpet....>.>)

AANND Here is Chocobo, my pastel male! I got him out of the box, squealed over how cute he was, took pictures, and put him away...:3 He struck at my brother twice (closed mouth) and it was SOOO cute!!! What a grumpy little baby!

Finally a size comp to the other two (I was shocked how well my camera did the closeups!)

Warning--that last one is WAAAAY too wide for the screen...Matika was stretched out full length.

Anyways, sorry for flooding with pics and I hope you liked it! *waves*

They all look great, but you are very brave not to practice quarantine with any of them. Quarantine includes not being together for photo-shoots.

    Great photos you got there.

What are the two big white spots on the bigger guy in the third pic???

Re: New snakes, pics old and new! (DU warning)

Yeah, I do keep them separate for the most part--but in neither case did the animals spend more than 3-5 minutes together, and while I'll admit I didn't think about it with Basilica and Matika, I trust the guy I got Chocobo from, and know he keeps his animals in sanitary conditions, and he'd have told me if something was wrong with Chocobo. But thanks for pointing it out, I won't do it anymore!!!

The white spots are from a bad shed which she'd just finished at the time--she's coming up on a shed now and it should go away this shed or next. I've been keeping antibacterial medicine without painkillers on it to make sure it's okay, and it's already going away. >.> But let me tell you, when I came in and found the marks on her the day after shedding I was like "DDDDD8 what?!!?" And spent about an hour and a half frantically searching the BPnet forums. ^-^

    Thanks though!!
