My Pastel - Bumba Pics (also question concerning tail)

Here's my Lemony Bumba 36 hours after his shed.

His name is Bumba because that's what came to mind when I laid my eyes on him.

LOL can anyone make out who's profile that is in the BG?

I have a question with his tail. There's a little piece of skin still encircling his tail. I need to do something about it right? It feels as if it will "choke" his tail if nothing is done to it. Tips people, what can I do to get rid of it?

    Here is a pic:

Awesome snake. That stripe was a dead give away of a Lemon! Did you produce him?

Yeah...you'll want to get that bit off his tail. Get a small tub with a lid and put about 1/4" tepid water in it. Put the snake in and put the lid on...then place the whole box in his enclosure where it will stay warm. Leave him in there for about 30 minutes. Keep an eye on him the WHOLE time. Never, ever leave a snake unattended in a box of water...even really shallow water!

After his soak, get a warmish wet towel and let him slither through it in your hands. The stuck skin should slide right off. If not...repeat the process the following evening.

Nope he was my first purchase from a small breeder Dean White on Kingsnake classified. I got a great deal on him for $150 shipped. (I support the small businesses ) He was great to work with !

I hear he has more, although I believe they are more expensive now
