I have plastic flower pots that I'm thinking of using for hides. Does cutting the plastic make it dangerous for the snake? It seems that scales could easily get stuck on the thin plastic. Also, when members/owners say the snakes like a tight fit on all sides, does that include their top? I'm worried that if I cut my pots to the size I'm thinking, they will still be too tall. The hide would then be about 8 inches in diameter and 5 inches tall. Sound okay or no?
