Your macro shots are stunning. What type of camera, if you don't mind me asking?

Jennifer , I'm sure you have asked me this before ! Though a few ppl ask it now and again....anyways !!

    Canon 300D , usually combined with a EF 28-105 Ultrasonic Zoom ( F3.5 -F4.5 ) . It has 1:1 Macro setting .

BUT !!! My 'killer' (lol ! ) Macro work is usually done with a

    50mm Prime EF ( F1.8 ) combined with ExtensionTubes/Ring/s

Pic in OP was taken with that rig , and slightly cropped ...the pic below is not cropped it's ' as was ' so to speak . Working with extension rings requires extremely steady hand so best to use the tripod when doing it , all my macro work is done manually , no auto focus ....YOU do the moving , not the camera. Bearing in mind , the subject here is three month old youngster, he's small , very small , in the view finder ! HTH.

    Uncropped Macro work

    Corn Head Macro

Scary Macro ! ( check out teeth )
