    Live "Specific-size" mice =(

I'm going to take the useful advice given here and go ahead and knock one problem down at a time.

I am going to get my new BP to eat first and settle him in before getting him to switch over to F/T.

Since he ate live prior to my caregiving, I will keep it that way until I can earn his trust that I am worthy enough to be his owner Then maybe I can use my 23 left frozen hoppers in the freezer to feed them off.

In the meantime.... Where the hell am I going to get live hopper mice?

Petland doesn't have them. I know Petco(sucks) doesn't have them. You guys are lucky that you have better anti-franchise-like petstores who breed mice for you herp lovers. =(

What should I do? Breed my own? For one snake? I love the little guy.

if your snake is that young, i would bet that it'll take a f/t hopper no problem.

but it sounds like you got advice to the contrary...

regardless, IF you breed your own mice, it'll take 3 weeks for the mice after they get pregnant to birth... and then you've got a week or two for hoppers... so unless you aren't going to feed your snake for 5 weeks minimum (cause it can take awhile to get a successful breeding)

    i'd go with the f/t.
