    goodsearch.com

I wanted to spread the word about a site I happened across. It's www.goodsearch.com which is a search engine just like google or yahoo (the site is created by yahoo from what I heard). But when you search for something they donate 50% of all revenue generated by advertisers to a charity of your choice. If you read the FAQ, it explains things a little bit better than I could. Please make that site your homepage. ^_^

    Re: goodsearch.com

It's not made by Yahoo, it's "powered by Yahoo". It means that they use the Yahoo! API to run their search engine. So any results you get from there would be the same results you would get from Yahoo.com

If they give part of the advertising money to charitys, that would be great but just like researching a respectable breeder, you should look up the owner of the site and if they are actually donating to said charities. Just make sure it's all legit and that someone isn't taking advantage of your good will.

    Re: goodsearch.com

I did a quick search and GoodSearch does appear legit.
