    1st BP!!!!

    This is my first snake take a look he just ate yesterday i have had him for 4 days.

    Congrats! Cute snake. You might want to add another hide so he has one on the warm side and the cool side!

    Ditch the light (lowers humidity, though yours seems to be OK) and get him away from the window!! The sun shining in a tank can cook him quickly!

    Ooohhh good catch!! I didn't notice that. Yes...please get him away from the window. Glass tanks sitting in windows is just bad news all the way around.

    Lovely snake and I second the window thing. Not only could you get really high spikes in enclosure temp but drafts in the cooler months are just a nasty thing for these snakes.

    I can close the wooden blinds that i have in this window and it will not be a problem and the sun never hits the window.
