i would warm the mouse back up and leave it overnight for him. if he doesn't eat it overnight throw it away and try again in one week.

are you dangling it with tongs or making the mouse move around any, so it looks like a live mouse or are you just laying it on the cage floor? i have a few bps that take f/t off the cage floor but most of them need for me to do a little rat/mouse dance with it before they will strike and eat.
