Okay...time for a couple of questions that I have compiled.

1) My temps are really good but my humidity just won't rise above 43% unless I mist like three times a day. A pic of current setup is in my gallery, with the new change of a wider 'dog dish' water bowl. The substrate used now is repticarpet. Many of you have stated that aspen is a good bedding, so I will ask if it is a good choice for me to raise humidity. I'm just worried about larger pieces in there hurting her.

2) I am currently making plans to build her 'grown up' cage myself and have been finding some great references through searches here. My plan so far is for a 42"Lx18"Wx18"H top grade 3/4" plywood cage using water-based stain and poly coats to seal with screen vents at top of each side, a wood framed plexi door hinged at bottom, and a 1/2" raised (and sealed) plexi floor (above the wood base) with either flexwatt or UTH for bottom heat. Is this a good plan??
(The odd measurements are to fit the space I have, FYI)

Any info/opinions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
