is this real? teeth look so fake - *warning - snake is was killed after photo*

ok, a freind sent me these pics on a news story about a farmer that found this in his fence.. after a bunch of sheep went missing. after the snake was cought he killed it. extremly mean beacuse it is a living animal and was just trying to get a meal. this snake is also apparenlty eaten 2 children from the area.

I heard this story before. Never heard about children being eaten. I heard the snake was killed by the current from the electrified fence and was dead when they found it.

i heard about the kids from a random newsgroup about this snake. did some reasearch. 'appently' its one of largest snake found.

still dont think its real - teeth look SO0o0o fake. and i tohught they had more then that. and were not tht big.


hey mongoose, you seen the pic of python eating a croc, and becasue the croc can still move tail after dead for about 30 mins * like humans and flicking finger* it ripped out of the pythong and killed both

That picture has been floating around for a couple of years now. Yes it is real and yes those are what a full grown giant python's teeth look like (Ball teeth look the same only way smaller). There was a National Geographic Show on last week that referenced it.


As for eating people there isn't any proof that, this animal ate one. It has always be assumed so but I don't think anyone has proven it yet.

WoW, they are some cool and fake looking teeth. this confirms that i would never have a giant python.

Yes, it's real. This is an Afrock... and yes, their teeth get that big (maybe they should show this picture in pet-stores before they sell them, hmmm?).


I believe this snake was simply trying to cross into or out of a game preserve and attacked when it felt the electric current from the fence. Least that's what I've heard. There are sooo many different stories floating around about this pic.

general reading intro snake storys came up with this... a non-venimouse snake becomes hot by eating tree frogs. pretty dam amazing what mother nature can do. a deadly to human poisen made this snake deadly to humans
