What data do you keep track of?

I'm curious what data other keepers keep records of? I'm wanting to build a database to keep all my data in, but don't know what I'm going to want to keep track of...

Ok, so I got the degei software. it looks pretty cool, but how do I remove all the "sample" records that came with it? The delete option seems to be disabled...

You have the "free" version so you cannot remove the sample records...once you try it out and if you decide to keep it you just buy it and that will remove the excess records and allow you full access to the software.

I used to use Degei and think its a great software. However, with many animals I find it easier now to use index cards. Buy Degei and support an excellent project. Damon has put a lot of work into the software and it shows!

Re: What data do you keep track of?

I used to track sheds, opaques, defecations and urates. Now I just track feeds, refusals and weights. With 16, I'd find I'd forget to log a defecation or a shed, so I stopped.

Much easier to go in once a week for all feeds and refusals and once a month or every six weeks for all weights. I use the free version of Digei.

How do you get the free version to work? It wont work for me, for some reason.
