I saw a story the other day that may or may not be this same story...ex marine felt a pick pocket going into his stuff and went off on the guy and beat the tar out of him...well "subdued" him anyway. The last thing I heard was the THEIF's lawyer was trying to press charges against the victim! He was trying to get the victim to say that he didn't feel his life was threatend which would lead to excessive force or assult. It makes me sick the way people turn things around like this...I say we go back to the days where you simply got the hand removed that you where stealing with!
