First thing I'd do if it was purchased from a dealer (sorry if I can't remember the whole story) would be to call them and ask what THEY are going to do for you. Even purchased used they should be willing to fix a simple thing like that since it should have had to go through inspections already. I would push them to offer a solution and make it known that you know that if it is not fixed will potentially lead to rotting the floor boards and ruining who's knows what else (electrical).
