I have a small dilema that I know you guys can help with.
I have had my new tank going well since Thursday, with a UTH and CHE on a rheostat, keeping very stable temps of warm: 90-92, ambient: 84-85, cool: 81-83. I just got my new reptitemp 500R thermostat delivered today.
The question is: should I hook up the UTH and CHE (which mainly control the warm side) to the new thermostat now, messing with the temps until the right level is reached, or should I wait a while until the basic temps here in Denver start dropping and thus my tank temps? I just don't want to mess up what seems to be a stable environment.
