Not saying this is happening to you Jotay just relaying what I was told when I asked about scented chemical cleaners.
Healthy Habitat is not a scented chemical cleaner it is all natural cleaner no scents or perfumes. And I would think bm and ur's are not a comforting smell to them as all my bp's get as far away as possible and tend to stick there heads very near a fresh air source.
I would also say that just cleaning the cage and all it's contents on a weekly basis would also discount that theory.
