If I feel that me egg boxes are getting a little dry, I pour water (that has been stored in the incubator, to maintain ideal temps) into one corner of the box. I feel that this water pretty much goes to the bottom of the box, and is not leached or wicked into the majority of the substrate. Therefore, you can achieve a higher moisture content, i.e. humidity, without getting the eggs wet. As for condensation, as long as it doesn't drip onto the egg, it is ok. I have all sides of the inside of the egg box covered in water droplets. I just ensure that it does not collect on the roof of the box where it can drop onto the egg.
p.s. I think those eggs look fine, and will hatch out no problem.
