Hey! I candled one (the individual one under the inked one) and there are nice veins! Found a little car flashlight in the house.. worked great.
They seem to be a Tad on the dry side; should the shells feel drier or moist? Mine feel drier.. see, I fixed my issues with condensation by melting 2 holes in the eggbox lid before the eggs were hatched; now though I think that the excess moisture escapes. So it's OK to add warm water to the substrate (Not onto the eggs; so it sinks down into it) right? I read about people doing this all the time.
See, the temps in the boxes are cooler than the incubator itself. but when I set the helix to 90 near the FW in the bottom, the eggboxes stay at a perfect 87 degrees.
