    Re: New Ghost Male BP

I believe he's a month old. I think his plans are to hang out in his quarentine cage, and eat rats. Small crawler rats...
I do have two het ghost females that I got last year, so next year, he'll have girlfriends hopefully.

Congrats Wolfy. That is one of my all time favorite morphs. And it breeds so well into other traits. I believe it should be one of the staples of any breeders collection. I am shocked to see how many people have a decent sized collection with no Hypo projects in them. Very good looking male. Good Luck with him.

    Re: New Ghost Male BP

I actually never cared for ghosts, but I want a caramel glow one day. The combos made with ghosts, those I like, but the ghosts themselves ... they are..... nice.
I like him though.. he's sort of glowy... and sits around looking so darned cute. I am leaving him totally alone for the next week, and then I'll get some shots of his head, it's TOTALLY faded.
Thanks for all the compliments everyone! I'll repeat them all to him!

    Very nice addition!
I agree with you woolfy I LOVE the ghost pastels cross and some of the other ghost crosses. I just never really was all that interested in the ghosts by them selves. But I guess you have to have one to have the other let me know when you have some pastel hets available!!!

    Re: New Ghost Male BP

Actually!! I have a 1.1 of pastel poss het ghost. The male bred this year to some normals(I doubled up on co-dom males, so I have to wait for eggs to hatch to see who is the daddy) so I MIGHT have some pastel poss het ghost babies.. those will happily be bred back to dad, or to one of the het ghost girls, as will dad maybe.
I have no idea what I'll do next year, I usually end up writing massive lists of what I have and crossing them back and forth to decide who will get to breed who.
It occupies me in a way that destroys so little... lol.
