Hello everyone. I know it has been a long time since I have been here. I was able to get my snakes to breed last breeding season. I missed when she layed the eggs and did not have my incubator finished. So I allowed her to sit on her eggs. Well, I didn;t think I had the humidity high enough so I thought the eggs were not going to hatch. Upon checking on my snakes today I was surprised to find 5 baby normals laying with their mother under her hide. I will be scrambling to get their separate cages setup so I can get them out of their mothers tub. They might have been hatched for a day or two. Maybe a little longer. A couple have the blued eyes as in they are getting ready to shed. Now I need to know when I should offer them food? What should I offer for a first meal? I know I should have had this all figured out before now, but i was not expecting the eggs to hatch. So now that they have I have to make sure I care for them properly. So any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.
I will post some pictures soon of the babies.
