I am not bothered by "A and E documentary" typs of stuff.. But yeah, if it is something recent, that appals me. If it were my relative or loved one being paraded around dead on TV and they had just been murdered, I would be more hurt than I already was. But in retrospect, it can be informative to see shows regarding past tragedies, and sometimes actual footage makes it hit home. Usually this type of stuff is shown at night when hopefully, most kids are getting their needed sleep..
I am not a fan of censoring unpleasantries.. but if it is a fresh crime, people need to grieve; plastering their dead loved ones all over the place lying in a pool of blood is pretty callous.
