Well the other day I fed her in her inclosure (1st mistake)

OKay - not a mistake. A lot of people feed in their enclosure.

Yesturday I get home and notice her in my scorpion tank next to the heater, i look at her tank and notice I left it alittle open (second mistake).)

Uumm...wow - i would make "getting clips for the snake's tank" #1 thing to do tomorrow. We've all lost snakes before, and that's how we learn, but having it end up in the scorpion tank is just every reason more to get that taken care of tomorrow.

put her in the back seat in a Jack in the Box bag(forth mistake)

If you didn't figure it out from the snake ending up in the scorpion tank, bp's are escape artists. No way is it going to stay in a paper bag.

Any tips to get her out or to look for her

In a car??? That's a rough one because there are ssoooo many places she could go. Hopefully she hasn't climbed in the engine compartment or outside of the car completely! The only thing to do is look in every crevice-under seats (even the back ones), pop open the dash, look all in the engine... oh man i hope you find her.
