From starting at 224 lbs to 187.

I haven't really taken any pics where I noticed how much weight I've lost until I saw these on my work's website. They are small but you get the idea.

Me weighing in at 224 lbs with John Cho (American Pie and Harold and Kumar go to White Castle)

Me weighing in at 187 last week with Robben Ford.

I'm now down to 186 and only 12 pounds from my goal. YAY!

Good job. Once you figure out how the body works it's pretty damn easy to get it to do what you want.

I'm sitting around 215 right now. But then again I bodybuild and have a low bodyfat.

WOW!! good job dude. I was around 265 and dropped to my lowest of 185 *currently 194, because of me getting into bodybuilding* in a one year period, deff something that makes you proud of yourself. are you going to the gym at all or just good dieting?
