They look perfectly normal to me. If you are worried that the medium feels too dry, then I sometimes will pour a small amount of water in the corner of the box. My theory is that most of the water you pour in there will set on the bottom of the box and help raise the humidity without actually wicking into the rest of the incubation medium. Hope that helps. By the way, I candle eggs on day 42 for pattern, as they have developed pattern and color by that time, and you can, with a little practice, pick out Albinos, Spiders, Pinstripes and other pattern mutations.
