Last year I pulled each hatchling out of the box as they hatched. This year, I have left them in there a little longer, to see if it would help stimulate anything. It does seem to me that this year, they seem to come out a little faster having other hatchlings already out. My last clutch to hatch though was an eight egger, and I had six hatchling piled on top of the two eggs that still had snakes in them. What was there problem? Well I pulled the six at night, and by morning, the other two were out. On a side note, I have known people to leave the clutch in the bator until after their first shed, and it didn't appear to adversely affect the snakes at all.
To answer your question, I would let them cruise around for about 24 hours and try to coax the others out. However, if you get impatient, like I have been known to be, feel free to pull them out, as I don't believe it will hurt anything.
I agree with Tim, it doesn't really seem to matter either way.
