I would suggest you move the probe that is inside the hide. Leave it in the hide just route the wire under the back of the hide...this way she is less likely to move it as she comes in and out of the hide.

As for the humidity unless it has come down significantly you might want to remove the towel on top (from say half the tank) just for a little while why the humidity comes down to normal levels. Elevated levels for too long aren't good.
