I have two kenyan sand boas and a roughscaled sand boa. They're super easy.. provide a deep substrate (I use aspen) for them to burrow in. No hides necessary.. and you can keep them in the same temps/humidity as a ball python.
They occasionally are picky eaters.. I've found it helpful to place the snake with it's prey inside a paper bag overnight (p/k unless it's a young baby)
KSBs come in some pretty morphs too. I have a normal and an anerythristic.
