Going tubside?

I recently made the trip home from college and back again. Wow! Moving my 30gal tank to an from the car 4 times was a real pain, and I'll probably have to do it 10 more times before I'm settled in the real world. No to mention it takes up a lot of space, etc. etc. So, I'm thinking of switching to a tub. I've done a lot of reading, but there's one thing I can't figure out:

My current apartment stays at about 75* all the time. I suspect my apartment next year will too, since utilities are paid . I know I can get the UTH/flexwatt on the cold/warm sides up to 82* and 92* respectively and that I can easily keep the humidity at 50%ish. What I don't know is whether I can bring the ambient temperature in the tub into the low 80s. With a UTH/flexwatt alone. Anyone?

What size tub did you want to use? If the apartment stays 75 I don't think it should be a problem keeping the ambient temps high enough

She's a about a year old, and that makes her a sub-adult, no?. So I guess a 32qt (I think that's the right number, you know what I mean). I'll move her up to a 41qt when she bulks up a bit.
