yea, I knew going in that I'd have atleast a few knots there b/c recently when I work out my shoulders tighten up alot faster than they used to, and I know that breaking up knots isn't exactly painless, however I didn't know mine would be so bad. According to the therapist many of mine are really old and have just gotten worse and worse since I upp'd my workout schedule a year ago and apparently they're dehydrated which makes the muscle connective tissue even harder to set straight. I guess it's time to bust out the extra UTHs I got and use them as heating pads (LOL), do some extra stretching, and drink alot more water. I can't wait to get rid of a majority of these knots so that I CAN actually have a relaxing massage.
