I've had a couple massages, and I LOVE them. Usually I only have a few knots, and generally leave feeling like jello. It's usually hard to drive home because I want to gush into a little puddle and sleep. Although the areas with knots are sore, but it's a good pain.![]()
You should try start stretching out those muscles that hurt so much more often. Yoga's great for that. (and no you don't have to start burning insensce and chanting ooohhmmmm - but if you want to wear a cute outfit that's ok)
