You're going to Daytona right?

I've had a couple massages, and I LOVE them. Usually I only have a few knots, and generally leave feeling like jello. It's usually hard to drive home because I want to gush into a little puddle and sleep. Although the areas with knots are sore, but it's a good pain.

You should try start stretching out those muscles that hurt so much more often. Yoga's great for that. (and no you don't have to start burning insensce and chanting ooohhmmmm - but if you want to wear a cute outfit that's ok )
