Why asap? Are you afraid the females are going to kick the bucket soon?
I'd be more conserned about having a MM than having mature females. Females can mate pretty much any time they want to....for years.

Although this probably isn't the best forum to try and find a MM of that species. You might try posting an ad in Venom List and Arachnoboards, you might have more luck.

P. metallica has only been available in the hobby for a couple years, barely time enough for s'lings to mature...especially females since they grow more slowly so I'd be interested in seeing those pix you have, with some good, clear ventral shots.
