sanchos first feeding...
well i gave the little guy about 5 days them decided on friday to give feeding the good old college try before i went out of town for the weekend. i think i scared him a little with these big old forcepts and awee little pinky, but after he caught the sent he was like grease lighting.
what was so great is he let me watch him!!!! my bp will strike but won't eat unless it's :cens0r::cens0r::cens0r::cens0r::cens0r: black and i am nowhere to be found. but sancho took it (didn't constrict..normal??) and started eating before i could get my hand out of his tank.
my new girl alfie gets feed tomorrow when i get home... i will bust out the camera and get some pictures of both of them for everyone to see.

Re: sanchos first feeding...
I owned a corn for 1.5 years and the little bugger never once constricted. Some do, some don't.
Advice is what you ask for when you already know the answer but wish you didn't.

I know when I got my corn a few months ago he kept eating the pinkies alive. Now I just buy him the already frozen ones and he eats them right up. He also is pretty cool with letting me watch him eat.

When your ball python eats they are more secretive and hide while eating.Your corn snake does not care .Not all corn snakes constrict there food so its ok.
