Second, females are VERY protective of their eggs. Chances of being bitten by a female sitting on eggs are purty high, especially if you're trying to take them away from her!

I really don't know the distribution of males to females among most of the members here, but I can say that most breeders will have more females than males, and they will be taking eggs away from females. So, I'm thinking that in an environment such as this forum, bites from females is probably more common than bites from males.
