I have asked this question before but couldn't get any answers so here it goes, how big of a a tub should i use for a baby ball python? I have heard things from 6qts to 15qts which size is best and also how long should the snake be before I upgrade it?

    Thanks,
    Marcus

Well i think i know why you might not received a answer, you say tank then qt sizes. They are totaly differant. If you are using a tank(10gl) if a tub then 12qt.Then upgrade as the snake outgrows it not before.I hope this info helps you some

Off hand i could not tell ya that info, but i do know that a ball python could live in it for sometime.Whenever you are at a walmart just buy one (under $2) and give it the ball python fitting.

also depends on what you consider a baby, my 'babies' are 8 months old or so, not newly hatched.
