Well, I know the sounds a bit silly.
But you keep BP and sometimes you hold them whne you clean the cage up, when you ckeck the weight, the length, the condition etc.
And you would do some skinship with him/her soemtimes.

Royal Pythons are nervous, shy and sensitive animal.
Still how long do you touch him/her? and how often?

I don`t touch so often my BP, Poopy.
She`s just come to my house last week.
I "handle" my snakes at the minumum of 15 minutes as any longer can cause them to stress.I do this at the average of every couple days unless they just ate.Then i wait 2 days at least before i bother them.
