well..for me, I get them all up around 7 am and start with a lil yoga. that is to help them get limber. Then we go for a quick (lol) 2 mile sprint through the woods. That is to help them build endurance. After that we weight train. for obvious reasons. Nothing like having your own Rocky Ballboa's!Originally Posted by mricyfire
