mouse ?

I got a male mouse to put with my 2 females. the thing is, his but area was all poopy and nasty. I put him by himself for now. Is he ok to put with the girls and maybe he is just a dirty guy, or could he be sick? If he is sick, is it something that would hurt a ball python if I fed him off? Thanks

I would try keeping him in his own enclosure for a bit.
