    Herp laws???

I was told today that they Changed the laws where I live at. If so I'm very worried but the guy that said it seemed like a knuckle head. Does anyone know anywhere to look/call to check for the latest laws in your area?

I may have to call the courthouse and check

Nathan, I live in Omaha Nebraska. Supposedly the law is now no snakes over 4'. I call BS but until I see its no longer 8' in writing, I don't believe it.

Truthfully I think they should of been did this down here. Alot of amatuer owners are desposing big snakes in our everglades. Hope the new law complies to what you are raising where ever your at

    I'm a republican AND a snake-o-maniac!

I think they just passed something here, but I believe there's permits and whatnot.

Same here. if this law is in fact passed, then I'm sure there is a way for you to get around it via permits.

Being a minor won't help if indeed the law was passed. I am a great snake daddy but being a minor could prevent permits.
