This is my basic setup for breeding corn snakes. Works great!
About 2 weeks prior to the end of Nov., feed the corns their last meal. Give them the next two weeks to digest the meal and completely flush out there gut. Now you may start to cool them.
You want somewhere dark and cool that maintains a temp between 55 - 65F. I use the floor in my bedroom closet. Set them up in a minimalist cage with bedding and fresh water; nothing else.
Allow them to hibernate for about 3 months. Check on them from time to time to make sure they have fresh water.
Then bring them out, start warming them up, and after a few days, you may offer them some food. Start with a small food item at first to minimize the strain of too large a meal on the stomaches. After a few more days, you can start them back on your normal feeding schedule.
After they shed out, you may introduce them together. It really does not matter whether it is male to female's cage or female to male's cage.
Hope this helps. If you need any more help, please feel free to pm me.
