    Species of Concern law

    I have a few questions.

I have read the link where it says it all about the law, but i cant put it into my own words. Can someone tell me what I need to do and where I need to go to get the permit.
I know you need to be over 18 and microchip the animal, I also know that you need to fill an application(but where) and you need to answer a few questions about the animal(but where do i need to go).

Do a google seach for fish and wildlife services. I think their site is like www.fws.org. You need to fill out apermit n such for the animal if your buying it out of state. When I got my pair of Indian Pythons, Fish and Wildlife had to check out my facility, and then look at the animals and everything when they arrived at the airport. Hope this helps somewhat

I answered your question. It's on their website. You need to browse and read on the permits; fill out the importers/exporters license application. If and when your granted the license, then you need to apply for the permit to obtain the animal...

I was mistaken on the site...these are some of the forms you should look through and some of the stuff you'll need.

Honestly man..chill out a little too. You came for help; I'm trying to help. Your reply did come off as a bit offensive to me...

You can't get a person's tone that easily from what they've written. My guess is that he was a little frustrated trying to find the links for the permits he's written...Sam's normally a laid back dude on the other forums.

Although he may be a little laid back, the "didn't I just say" deal came off quite rude in my opinion and how I read it.
