I've seen them in person a few times....they are often at the Renaissance festival in MA. The roar really loud!

If you've watch national geo recently they have a "big cat showdown" showing the different big cats from around the world...blah blah blah. They had a bit of a piece on the liger. Sheesh...its only like the coolest animal evar.

Nice pics,it has actualy happened in the wild though,but very very very rarely, i seen a documentary on them a few years ago on discovery i think it was.
have you seen the documentary where the female lion who lost her cubs adopted a baby gazelle?she tried ot feed it but couldnt.i think it was on national geo.
