hey everyone,
i was just curious if anyone else collected hot sauces or is an insane chilihead. i've got some sauces tht would make a 500 gallon stew smokin' hot! ill try and post some pics of it later

spicy things are measured by scoville units. just to give a comparison, tabasco sauce is 2000 scovilles. and this sauce is 6 million :eek:

thats like a trip to the hospital! But i love hot stuff, especially when you start sweating and your eyes water, makes my mouth water right now!

hehe yup same with me.

i actually had to sign a waiver when i purchased it. one of the other ones i have which is 800 grand scovilles was put into my 25-man stew for a party. i dipped it onto a toothpick and people were sweating like crazy
